Lawful requests

How we handle government and law-enforcement requests

BusinessProxy discloses non-public customer information only in response to valid legal process or where legally required. We review requests for scope, authority and affected account or workspace before responding.

Request principles

Scope and minimization

We aim to narrow requests to the specific account, workspace, session, time window or record at issue. We do not create records that are not collected in the ordinary operation of the service.

Customer notice

When permitted

When legally permitted and operationally appropriate, we aim to notify affected customers before disclosing non-public account or workspace information.

Emergency requests

What to include

If a request claims an emergency involving risk of serious harm, include the nature of the emergency, the affected account or workspace, the specific information requested, and contact details for verification.

Request channel

Where to send
